Lindsay Palmer
Lindsay Palmer, RDH is the ABCD (Access to Baby and Child Dentistry) Coordinator for Benton and Franklin Counties, where she focuses on connecting young children, especially those in underrepresented and underserved communities, with dental care. A dental hygienist since 2010, Lindsay has spent much of her career in clinical practice before transitioning into public health, where her work centers on improving access to care, health equity, and trauma-informed approaches in dentistry.
Lindsay is a graduate of Columbia Basin College, where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene. Her education there inspired her passion for prevention, community-based care, and addressing disparities in oral health through collaboration and outreach.
As a parent of four, Lindsay is passionate about inclusion and diversity, particularly for BIPOC and Queer communities, and strives to bring those values into every aspect of her public health work. Outside of work, she loves road trips, exploring national parks, hiking Washington’s trails, and capturing the world through her camera lens.
Her oral health superpower: Connection! Building bridges between providers, families, and communities to make oral health care more compassionate, inclusive, and accessible for all.
